- Analytics data — standard web analytics such as pages visited, referring source, device type and approximate location, collected automatically when you browse this site.
2. Why we collect it
We use this data to respond to enquiries, schedule and conduct calls, deliver quotes and contracted services, process payment, provide client support, and understand how visitors use this website so we can improve it. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to these.
3. Third-party processors
We rely on a small number of third-party services to operate this website and run our business, including a scheduling provider (Calendly) to manage call bookings, a website analytics provider to measure traffic, an email provider to send and receive correspondence, and payment processors to handle invoices. Each of these providers processes data on our behalf under their own privacy terms, and we only share what is necessary for them to perform their function.
4. Client-uploaded imagery
Where a client uploads product photographs, brand assets or reference imagery for a photography or visuals project, that imagery is used solely to produce the agreed deliverables for that client. Uploaded imagery is not used to train any public or third-party AI model, and it is not shared with anyone outside the team working on the project. On written request, uploaded imagery and related project files will be deleted from our systems, subject to any files we are required to retain for legal, accounting or contractual record-keeping.
5. Retention
We retain enquiry and correspondence data for as long as needed to respond to you or fulfil a contract, and financial records for the period required under Singapore law. Client project files, including uploaded imagery, are retained for the duration of the engagement plus a reasonable period afterward to support revisions and support requests, unless you request earlier deletion.
6. Your rights
Under the PDPA, you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, and withdraw consent to our collection, use or disclosure of your data, subject to legal or contractual restrictions. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the personal data we hold against unauthorised access, loss or misuse, including restricting access to project files to the individuals working on a given engagement.
